Wiper Democratic Movement party leader has announced his party has resolved to work directly with President Uhuru Kenyatta following the handshake with Opposition leader Raila Odinga which he was boltedout.

In a report to the press on Saturday, July 28, the Wiper’s National Executive Council (NEC) and Parliamentary Group which had assembled at the the party’s headquarter affirmed they would completely bolster Uhuru’s administration

As indicated by Wiper pioneer, Wiper party members admitted Kenya had balanced out politically and economically since Uhuru and Raila wiped the slate clean and trusted it was time they cooperated to take the nation forward.

“Our priority after Friday, March 9, handshake is to ensure Kenya remains united and transitions in its recovery from hatred and politically instigated divisions. We strongly appreciate selfless leadership by Raila and Uhuru who chose to shelve their political interests and egos for the unity of Kenyans,” the statement read.

The party additionally indicated it was wise to  acknowledge that corruption was a huge challenge for the nation which required an assembled leadership to overcome thus the decision to work with Uhuru who was initiating a vivacious battle against graft.

Another resolution was that Wiper leaders would walk step by step with Uhuru to ensure he successfully implements his Big Four agenda.

“After consultations with our greater membership and party structures and in the spirit of a united Kenya, we commit to work with President Uhuru Kenyatta to eliminate corruption and promote his agenda to transform Kenya through the four development pillars. Our members of parliament should stand guided by this resolution,” the party leadership stated.
