Amusing Kenyan actress Nyce Wanjeri popularly recognized as Shiru has distanced herself from a viral bedroom video which is at the moment doing crazy rounds on social media.
Shiro said she is not the lady who is seen in the viral video contrary to what most people think.
In a statement announced on her Instagram account on Tuesday, June 4, just hours following the video being started trending online, the woman who recently made headlines with her breakup went forward to add she pitied the shamed woman.
Shiro said she could not even wish the same distress for her worst enemy as she really knows the pressure such a situation comes with.
The actress urged everyone thinking she is the one in the video to ignore the reports and naysayers who are trying to make dirty her image.
”So this is how my years begin after my birthday? I am told yesterday social media was abuzz because of the kindling thrown there. Please, that lady currently being exposed, insulted, objectified, and embarrassed is not me. I really feel for her, I would even never wish this on my worst opponent. When you trust someone with your deep vulnerability, and they do something similar to this, it destroys a part of you. I really wish she is able to recover from this,” she wrote.
Wanjeri further used the opportunity to thank her fans and everyone who reached out to her genuinely and were not misled by the video.

Haiyaa! Hivi ndio mwaka mpya after birthday inaanza?! Naambiwa jana mtandao imewaka moto🔥 juu ya ile kuni imerushwa huko 🙈 Halafu maswali za "Ni yeye?! Ni wewe?!" Please, that lady currently being exposed, insulted, objectified and embarrassed is not me. And I really feel for her, I would never wish this on my worst enemy 😞. When you trust someone with your vulnerability and they do something like this, it destroys a part of you. I really hope she is able to recover from this🙍🏽♀️. As for myself, thank you fans, family and friends for the inboxes of concern 🥰. I appreciate you more as some took this as an opportunity to insult, ridicule and humiliate me by sending very damning and unmentionable messages🤦🏽♀️. Good thing is that it reminded me that when you are on your way up, there are those who can't wait to tear you down🤩. We shall rise above this. We shall not ignore or forget it, but let us all learn from it! Now I am even motivated to do more! #OneJerry shall prosper!💖.
